(Guest Instructors, Assistant + Events Manager Opportunities)
At Flower & Twine, we’re building more than a floral studio—we’re creating a space where design, community, and experience come together.
As we continue to grow our workshops, events, and creative offerings, we’re looking for a few thoughtful, talented people to join us in different ways—whether that’s teaching, supporting operations, or helping us scale our events.
If you’re someone who loves beautiful work, meaningful experiences, and being part of something evolving, we’d love to hear from you.
Guest Instructors Wanted (Wreath Makers, Floral Designers + Creative Specialists)
We are actively looking for guest instructors to lead workshops and creative experiences inside the studio.
Right now, we’re especially interested in:
- Wreath makers (seasonal + elevated designs)
- Floral designers with a unique point of view
- Designers working in Ikebana, moss work, or alternative floral styles
- Creatives who bring a distinct, thoughtful approach to design
Our workshops are not assembly-line classes—they are intentional, design-forward experiences. We’re looking for instructors who are:
- Warm, engaging, and kind
- Comfortable guiding a group
- Passionate about sharing their craft in a meaningful way
- Available to teach in person at our Glastonbury Studio
Executive Assistant to Founder (Operations + Client Support)
We are hiring an Executive Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of a fast-growing creative business.
This role is ideal for someone who:
- Has experience with QuickBooks, Shopify, and/or event coordination
- Can manage a busy and ever-changing schedule
- Is confident communicating with clients, partners, and vendors
- Thrives in a detail-oriented, fast-paced environment
This is a high-trust role that touches many parts of the business—from backend organization to front-facing client experience.
Future Opportunity: Events & Production Manager (Floral Experience Required)
As Flower & Twine continues to expand into weddings, brand activations, and installations, we are exploring a future Events & Production Manager role.
We’re looking to connect early with someone who:
- Has hands-on floral design experience
- Understands event production, logistics, and installs
- Can bring structure to creative execution
- Is excited about growing into a leadership role over time
This is not an immediate hire—but a strategic, long-term opportunity for the right person.
