Refund & Return Policy
At Flower & Twine, every arrangement, plant, gift, and event experience is thoughtfully curated and often created specifically for your order. We take great pride in the quality of our products and the care that goes into every delivery.
If something isn't right, we want to know. Our goal is always to provide an exceptional experience, and we'll do our best to make it right whenever possible.
Flowers, Plants & Perishable Products
Because our floral arrangements, plants, and many gift items are perishable and made to order, all sales are generally final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup by emailing info@flowerandtwine.com or calling/texting 860-218-9423. Please include your order number and photographs of the item if applicable so we can evaluate the situation.
If we determine that your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we may, at our discretion:
- Replace the arrangement or product
- Issue store credit
- Provide a partial or full refund
- Offer another appropriate resolution
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order as soon as it is received.
Contact us immediately if:
- Your order arrives damaged.
- You receive the wrong product.
- Your order is incomplete.
- There is a quality concern with your flowers or plants.
We will work with you promptly to resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Fresh flowers and floral arrangements
- Plants
- Custom floral designs
- Personalized or special-order products
- Food and edible items
- Beauty or personal care products
- Sale or clearance merchandise
- Gift cards
Workshops & Classes
Workshop and class registrations are non-refundable, as we purchase flowers, supplies, and staffing specifically for each event.
If you notify us at least five (5) days before your scheduled class, we will gladly transfer your registration to another available class or issue a studio credit for a future workshop.
Requests made fewer than five days before the event may not be eligible for rescheduling or credit unless the spot can be filled.
Event & Wedding Deposits
Wedding, event, and custom installation deposits are subject to the terms outlined in your signed contract and are governed by your event agreement.
Subscription Orders
Subscription orders are subject to our Subscription Policy. Individual subscription deliveries follow the same quality guarantee outlined above for fresh flowers and plants.
