At Flower & Twine, we believe ordering flowers should feel joyful, seamless, and easy. This week, we discovered a temporary technical issue on our website that may have made checkout difficult for some customers.
We wanted to share a quick update, explain what’s happening, and most importantly — let you know how we can still take care of your order right away.
What happened
As we prepare for Valentine’s Day and upcoming workshops, we made a few behind-the-scenes updates to our website. During that process, a scheduling tool caused an unexpected conflict that affected checkout for some customers.
The issue has been identified and is actively being resolved. In the meantime, our studio team is fully available to help process orders directly.

Ordering flowers + classes
At the moment, our checkout works best when flower deliveries and class tickets are placed as separate orders. This allows us to ensure delivery dates, pickup times, and class registrations are handled correctly. We're currently working to address it.
