Floral Immersion Advanced Mentorship Program Spring / Summer / Fall 2026
Spring 2026 Floral Immersion
A professional, hands-on immersion for experienced floral designers seeking real studio, event, and installation experience.
The Flower & Twine Floral Immersion Program is a studio-based training experience designed for floral designers who want to understand how a working floral studio actually operates — from sourcing and conditioning to wedding production, installation work, and teaching-forward design.
This is not a class series, certification, or job placement.
It is a 100-hour experiential immersion rooted in real work, real events, and real production timelines.
Participants are integrated into the rhythm of the studio and gain exposure to the creative, operational, and physical realities of professional floral work.
What’s Included
-
Studio immersion with behind-the-scenes access
-
Participation in live weddings and events
-
Hands-on experience with installation work (event scope varies by season)
-
Exposure to studio workflows including sourcing, processing, prep, and breakdown
-
Access to all of our classes during that time
-
One professionally produced styled shoot
-
Photographer selected from Flower & Twine’s trusted creative network
-
Usage rights to styled shoot imagery for portfolio, website, and social
-
Approximately one hour per week of direct guidance and support from Kerin
By the end of the program, participants leave with a well-rounded, professional portfolio reflecting real studio and event work — not just styled exercises.
