


Floral Immersion Advanced Mentorship Program starts Sept 21
Our Floral Immersion Internship is limited to just 2 mentees per session to ensure one-on-one mentorship and real event experience. The Fall 2025 session is now accepting applications, with a Winter 2026 session to follow. Spots are highly competitive and fill quickly. Attached are some of the mood boards of the weddings will be working with for Fall and Winter.
Commitment: ~100 hours over 2 months (flexible schedule)
Focus: Hands-on floral design, business experience, and creative development
Program Overview
The Floral Immersion Internship is designed for aspiring floral designers, creatives, and event enthusiasts who want to gain real-world experience in a boutique floral studio. Over the course of ~100 hours, you will be immersed in every aspect of the floral design process, from day-to-day studio operations to high-touch client events.
This program blends artistry, business, and customer experience, providing interns with the skills, confidence, and portfolio-building opportunities needed to take their passion for flowers to the next level.
