Flower & Twine — Retail Operator Opportunity
Overview
Flower & Twine is a premium floral studio based in Glastonbury, CT with a strong brand presence across weddings, events, and community experiences.
We are seeking the right independent operator to take ownership of the retail and daily order side of the business.
This is a unique opportunity to step into an existing brand with built-in demand, while running your own operation.
What You Would Own
- Daily floral orders (birthdays, sympathy, everyday occasions)
- Walk-in retail experience
- Production + fulfillment
- Inventory and flower purchasing
- Retail staffing (if applicable)
You would have the flexibility to shape the day-to-day retail experience within a defined structure.

Ideal Fit
- Has experience running or managing a business (retail, floral, plant, lifestyle, etc.)
- Comfortable owning financial outcomes (revenue, costs, margins)
- Strong operational thinker (inventory, staffing, workflow)
- Appreciates design and brand, but can execute consistently
- Self-directed and reliable
Not the Right Fit If You:
- Are primarily looking for a stable hourly job
- Prefer to focus only on design without operations
- Need significant day-to-day direction
- Are not comfortable with the variability of retail
Structure (Flexible)
Structure may include a combination of:
- Monthly base fee or sublease
- Revenue share or platform fee
- Trial period to ensure mutual fit
